Meet the Princeton University graduate, Baiyu. This Xiamen, China native, who is currently signed to JMD/Universal is making waves in the R&B underworld. In addition to that, Baiyu has also seen some TV time by hosting MTVU’s Hip show, “Freshmen.”

“Take A Number”, which comes across as an interesting infusion of pop synths and dirty hip-hop drums, narrates the tales of Baiyu’s constant dealings of the everyday cat calls from the opposite sex.  In addition, hip-hop’s contender for 2011 “Rookie of the Year Fred The Godson tries his hand at Baiyu’s attention as well.
