Chocc Unveils Music Video For “Did You Meant It”
Rising singer-songwriter CHOCC, aka Cori Broadus, has released the official music video for the track “Did You Mean It?” from her latest EP, “Journals to Johnny.”
Directed by her father, Snoop Dogg, alongside GuapCityProductions, the video acts as a continuation of the previous video release, “Johnny Don’t Break My Heart.”
The video keeps its dreamy ’90s aesthetic as CHOCC wakes up to the aftermath of her emotional outburst when her significant other didn’t come home.
As she takes in the shattered glass and flowers thrown on the floor, memories of their time together come rushing back. Through it all, she slowly picks up the pieces, both physically and emotionally, ultimately choosing herself and moving forward.
